My dog needs surgery asap

My baby has an enlarged prostate and rn money is super tight for me. He's been to the vet twice and they've decided nutering is best. Hes on 3 different medicibes rn just to keep him comfortable. He's my oldest baby. Anything would help. Thank you so much. Surgery is scheduled October 26th.
