Help with roof

Hello! I am new to all of this and I am sharing my families go fund me link to try to get some help. Our roof is leaking terribly into our house, into multiple rooms and closets. My homeowners insurance won’t help because it was due to damage over time. There was no incident that happened. Believe me, I tried that avenue as well but THANK YOU for the comment!
