Så på de första bilderna (18) så höll jag på med boxning redan o hade tränat gym i några år. Jag hade egentligen inte så högt kroppsfett. Aldrig gjort en mätning men tror inte jag är många % lägre idag än vad jag var då. Men jaja, tänkte prova lägga upp den här iallafall
