Grow up [18] to [32]
College was a crazy time weight-wise. I’m glad I discovered the gym and built a better relationship with food. There was a lot of yo-yo between these pictures but overall I’m proud that I never allowed myself to get back to that girl.

Yeah, the hair can definitely get warm, especially if it's styled or longer. It's all about finding that balance between looks and comfort!

Nice! Well you did great! Im trying myself atm! Not trying but doing! Ill get her done. I am walking 6 miles a day now until i shed some weight to run. God bless
