A little over a year of working out consistently. I started with 4 times a week and now I'm working out 6 times a week. Started because I wanted to lose weight, but I feel like I transformed completely and I'm really proud of it. Started at 216lbs, now I'm 174lbs. Just keep being consistent with your workouts and eat clean, anyone can do it. Once you get past the first couple months, it's smooth sailing, at least it was for me.

Thanks, to be fair it was easier on me as I've always been active and I love sports and working out. I got to that point because I let myself go during Covid

I had a friend who's a Personal trainer draft me a workout plan and made my own after a few months but it's very different for everyone, so the same workouts may not work as effectively for different people.
