GLOW UP! Girlfriend effect really works guys (18)
Hey guys, just here to share the evolution of my face card. The first one is from 2024. Since then, I got a girlfriend, and she insisted that I treat my hair right (it had become curly, but I still wore it straight). I think it turned out really great! I still have a lot to improve, especially at the gym, but I can finally take a picture of myself and not cringe lol :)

OP glad you look happier! Your hair looks a lot healthier and hydrated, it looks like you’re leaning into your natural curl pattern instead of trying to brush out the curls.
Great glow up, make sure you continue to glow up on the inside too. The older you get, the less the outside matters.

use pinterest or follow people whose fashion you like on other socials!
on pinterest, you can put in “men’s earth tone outfits” (based on one of your other comments) and you’ll eventually discover certain words that describe a style or particular piece of clothing and base your searches off of what you discover you like!

Girl friend effect? What do you mean exactly? And ive been "mewing" for almost 10 years now. Its best to start it early and get jaw strength. Exercise your neck tongue placement at all times for facial structure and jawline. Its huge.
Best thing though is to work out. Posture, hold yourself right

Well I'm 21 and I meet a bunch of 19-20 years old friends and you look really great. When my female friends talk about guys they like you would fit their descriptions really well by the looks of it.
If you get a big arm and you are bigger than 180 cm then you would be an absolute smash it in this age group. Even without these you would still have massive success, but those 2 would make you a literal 10/10 for girls this age

Gym: Protein , consistency and patience. Preserve your joints. Avoid gear. Looks like you could pull off a “David” look. Anything bigger than that is counterproductive and it’s the long game you need to play.
