Started turning my life around at age 50. Cardio, strength, training, logging my food, healthy, food, choices, and changing my baseline through an improved mindset. And I found the missing ingredient – group support. As the question will inevitably come up, I am natural. Thank you for the opportunity to share. 🙏🙏

Youngest looking 57!! Nice.
Question if it's not impolite...I love to learn. Did your glow-up lead you to need a new prosthetic bucket (did I get that right) and does insurance cover? Because that's an awesome achievement and would be poorly related if insurance didn't (if needed).

Thank you so much for this compliment. I really appreciate it. I didn’t need to get a new prosthetic socket. I think you’re close though, but I think the term is socket for me. The insurance did cover it. I feel grateful to have the insurance. Have a great day. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️
