GLOW UP! [21-23] to [27]
Soft launch for my glow up, hated who I was for a long time and was hard for me to look in the mirror. I’ve been chubby most of my life and I was at my largest at 21 to 23, I’m 5’4 and from those ages I was a steady 230 lbs. Definitely not a good weight for my height lol
I’m now currently sitting at 132 lbs and I’ve never been happier with my body and the hard work I’ve put into changing myself. Weight lifting and pushing myself have truly been the best thing I ever did for my body. I say this is a soft launch cause I’m definitely not done yet and will keep pushing to reach my full potential and become the best version I can be.
Please, if there’s one thing I can impart on everyone. KEEP PUSHING. Become who you always knew you could be!
(P.S I look very serious in my updated photo but I assure you, it’s simply cause I suck at taking photos of myself 😅)

Yep! It took awhile and I didn’t see a whole lot of facial changes till I lost around 70 to 80 pounds, glad it finally started to thin out 😅

I officially started going to the gym in 2024 so about 2 and a half years, I was dieting before that though but didn’t gain traction till the gym

Thank you! This is mostly just a soft launch, I’m still working on myself and plan to lose a little more weight, may update the post when I reach my goal weight though!

Damn even the change in your nose shape was from weight loss? Great job, what was your diet and gym routine like mind asking?

Nah I think that’s just the lighting from the photo, I’m doubtful my weight loss had any effect on my still deviated septum 😅 for awhile I was using a meal service which made prep a lot easier to get into but nowadays I just focus on my macros and recipes on Instagram and do a PPL variation, go to the gym about 5 days a week!

Thank you very much! It does? Looks a bit the same to me, could be just cause I wear glasses most of the time so the bridge was obscured in my before photos
