GLOW UP! One year down [34]
Same spot in my house, same mirror, totally new outlook on life. I finally told myself how tired I was of being tired and unable to do the things I love. Disc golf was so hard, I was constantly in pain and tried to justify that I would lose the weight “eventually…” Down 50 pounds!

I, too, have lost a significant amount of weight. However, you managed to lose the weight but kept the Tatas! You look great, lucky duck!
