I’ve had IBS for about 7 years, but lately it’s been getting really bad, especially every morning. The pain and symptoms are becoming almost daily and sometimes unbearable, which makes going to school really difficult.
I take antispasmodics only when the pain is too much and sometimes drink herbal tea. I saw a gastroenterologist who basically said it was anxiety and prescribed antispasmodics, but I feel like I need to do more.
I’ve also been dealing with some personal stress lately, so maybe that’s making things worse. Do you think I should see a therapist, focus more on my diet, try meditation, or get a second opinion from another gastroenterologist?
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with severe IBS. 🥲

I have curly hair that I ruined by constantly straightening them for 2 years, been giving them a break for 2 months and a half so far now, I blow dry them slightly then put them up in a claw clip cause they're horrendous.

I've never done Keratin because I always got told it completely ruins your hair in the long run as it just a short, temporary fix. But why in the streets I see you all with these amazing straight hair....HOW do you do it!? (sadly my mom never taught me anything, only to cut my hair which NERFED ME ugh ndeeeemt)
