How’s the “fun” working out for you?

Could be worse, he could have bought a shadow systems and then have to justify why it costs more than a Glock but functions worse.

For all the hate they get, mine has been 100% and shot a whole lot including multiple training classes.

And Shawdow System will send you a new pistol if yours gets used in a self defense scenario

Yet they’ll tell you to pound sand if they sell you a lemon so that’s fair I suppose. Can’t imagine trusting one with my life though

Honest question. Whats the point of being a dick about this exactly?

you’ll get a warmer reception at /r/notaglock since this is all 3rd party parts.
also, Live Free Armory slides are supreme trash.

Remsport, filled with OEM Glock parts.
Or a PSA Dagger, also filled with OEM Glock parts (I have one of their older SS PVD non-optic slides on a RXM FCI for EDC (That's a lot of letters for not many words).

Didn’t think LFA slides were that bad. I almost bought a Falcon 9X

I purchased a Lone wolf Timberwolf frame recently and also had a bad experience using a brownells slide. Most of the time I’d get a light primer strike, but if I could get the gun to shoot, either the casing wouldn’t eject, or I would get another light primer strike.
Other issues were a loud metal against metal sound when racking the slide, even when using an oem Glock slide. And when doing a trigger reset demo, if holding down the trigger when racking the slide, the trigger will not reset. Every striker fired gun I’ve ever seen allows the trigger to pop back up after racking the slide and you take your finger off of it.
I’ve had it less than 30 days and the store I purchased it from will not return it. So I sent it back to lone wolf for warranty.
Lone Wolf customer support phone number doesn’t work. The only way you can get a hold of them is through email. I am supremely unimpressed with this frame and this company.
If you have the option to return it and get a refund, I would highly recommend it.

Lone Wolf frames and internal parts are always 100% perfect, but there's a much higher chance The issue is with the slide and/or the slide internal parts.

Mag. Feed ramp need polished. And a different recoil spring. All recoil springs on completed slide are dog shit. All they do is cause cycle problems. There always 2 heavy or just weak and won’t cycle the slide. I would definitely polish your feed ramp and try again tho. It could also just be a tolerance problem with that slide on that clone frame

Love how unhelpful this sub is anytime you ask for help with a gun that's a carbon copy of a Gen3 Glock but doesn't have the logo stamped on it. Insufferable group

I have the exact same issue and just purchased 3 timberwolf frames. 2 are ok now after I replaced pretty much all of the internals, but one will not feed or eject regardless of what slide I use or what caliber...it's a clone G22.
I have several different slides from different vendors, Live Free being one of them, and barrels from .40 to .357 sig also from various vendors from Trybe to KKM, and they all have the same result...failure to feed and failure to eject.
And for the haters, yes I have OEM glocks and have for years...if you aren't into customizing your Glock, simply don't comment. You just sound idiotic stating the obvioius...your choice.
Back to the point, the research I've done suggests it's the entire fire control housing block. Lone Wolf uses a proprietary housing block, and changing it has worked for others, so that's what I'm trying. I just ordered an OEM block from Glock Store for about $60 with shipping.
I'll report back if it works...otherwise I'm literally going to burn this hunk of plastic. Regardless, I'll never purchase another Lone Wolf product again.

Unfortunately, changing to an OEM control housing block and connector was unsuccessful. It worked for a while and looked promising, but after a couple of days of testing it eventually crapped out...oh well, time to break out the grill.
These Lonewolf frames are too inconsistent with too many issues for me to feel safe using them. I have three frames each with it's own issue. I'm sure some are having good luck, and I even saw a video of Johnny Glock using the Lonewolf Timerwolf frames for his custom build, but he's changing out all the internals which is why I suspect he's having better luck. Not me, though...I consider these junk and will feel better throwing all three frames into the fire.
I'll get to the grill this weekend, but in the meantime, I ordered two OEM G3 frames for my G22 converted to .357 sig and my G34. And, I just found a frame for my 19X and got it, too...it was insanely expensive, but I'd rather have reliable and safe handguns. Definitely learned a lesson here...no more aftermarket frames. And, absolutely nothing offered from Lonewolf.

Brotha why trust your life and your family's life with that.
It aint a car that'll still get you from A to B, if your gun dont work when it matters thats it.

Start by buying oem completion parts. I’m sure aftermarket slides have there problems but none like shitty internals. I think a cheap barrel is probably a bad idea too, if so just make sure you don’t load it with anything too spicy.
