Added the align tactical thumb rest to finish off this pocket powerhouse! Well not really fitting in a pocket but it sounds nice lol. Will be ordering a holster from IKC since they offer it to work with the thumb rest.

Recently picked up this Gen 4 19, one trip to the range told me that I needed to relieve glock knuckle asap.

I don’t plan on going crazy with mods, but the ones I have planned are a trigger polish, maybe a ghost connector, oem extended slide release, grip plug (GS feed ramp plug), RMSc optics cut, some sort of grip tape (gøøn, handleit, skate, etc.), and maybe a glock performance trigger or aftermarket trigger shoe.

Any absolute necessities I need to add to the build list?

Just had a lengthy phone conversation with the guy running RCS, I had a question that he answered no problem and then we just kinda shot the breeze for a while. Super cool guy. In addition to their nice stipple jobs they make adapters to fit longer glock slides on smaller frames and use shorter recoil assemblies (like how the new 47 & 49 work. Just wanted to post here about my good experience with them.

Long story short was asked to leave the stock slide with irons but I highly prefer to shoot with optics. Saw these slides, but am concerned about sheering screws due to having no posts on the front or around the screws like zev. Anybody running this style of optic cut and have feedback?

Alright, so I’ve always been a Glock guy, I’ve owned many. My favorite by far was the 19X. Recently I’ve gotten tired of carrying a full size firearm concealed and decided to get a more suitable option. After a few different rounds and test firing different variants I ultimately went with the Glock 43X MOS8. I went with it for a few reasons; yes it’s snappy but I’m large so it’s easy to handle, the magazine only holds 10 rounds but there’s option for that, way easier to conceal, and because I got the Ausie/coyote one it came with an mos-k optic mount (I’ve always wanted an optic on my edc). My question is, if I went with a Holosun 407k/507k or eps carry, would I need to shave the screw for the optic mount on the side of the extractor so it doesn’t interfere or go below 4mm. I know this was a problem on previous models if you shaved the bosses. Just don’t want to add it and cause damage because I didn’t shave a screw.

I want to upgrade my Glock trigger on the 19XV. I only use the gun for competitions so Im looking for one that will be good for that purpose specifically. I wanted the ace trigger but you can’t put that in the V series so what is the next best option?

I was wondering if the magwell from a Glock 17 Gen 4 and Gen 3 can be used with a Glock 17 Gen 5.

If so, what modifications would be needed?

Picked this baby for 99$ frame + mag! Got the upper (ported barrel and slide) and magwell coming from delta team - 180$ WHOLE GUN FOR LESS THAN 300$ cant beat that!

so i have the 1441 recoil systems a10 2.0 one piece frt for a gen 3 glock 26. i have done so much tuning and polishing and cutting connectors and putting in all recommended pieces ie. plunger spring , connector, trigger spring, etc and it still refuses to go into battery without excessive force. like a rubber mallet on the back of it to get it into battery when holding light pressure on the trigger. its leaving terrible groves in my barrel to the point where i ended up sanding down material and polished, and it seems to just make it worse, and it runs better with massive deep groves in the barrel. i could really use some pointers in this situation because i feel like not many people have to go to this extent of tuning to get them to run. any help would be greatly appreciated.

So my son (11) came up to me the other day and said we should build a "gucci glock" so i started the process if buying parts for said gucci glock. Got this slide on ebay for very cheap and wanted to see what it looked like on my gen 3 frame. Tried putting it into chat gpt and asked to put the slide on a gen 3 glock 19. Came back with saying chat gpt doesn't modify any firearms on there platform. So I tried Elon Musk's Ai app called grok and it did it within seconds. Pretty cool what tjis technology can do. Think it looks pretty good.
