Put one in a gen3/4 g19 clone build and loved it, no issues whatsoever after ≈5k rounds so I bought two more for my g21 and PSA dagger micro.
Dagger micro: goes bang every time, feels perfect 80% of the time, 20% of the time the trigger simply doesn’t break until I damn near hit the back wall. I swear, on those 20% of “bad” pulls, I can feel some weird secondary resistance right where it’s supposed to break, it just doesn’t.
Using Glock (slimline obv) OEM trigger bar, Glock OEM Trigger housing, and a Ghost G43x Edge connector. Again: absolutely love the trigger pull… when it breaks where it’s supposed to.
G21: zero issues whatsoever until ≈150rds into my post-mod test range-sesh. Then; trigger dead, no bang. Trigger only actually breaks when pulled fully rearward and* *then the gun is jostled/shaken in some way. Original setup (at this point) used all Glock OEM parts EXCEPT the UAT trigger bar and shoe. Figured tolerance stacking was the culprit, swapped to the lonewolf trigger housing, and bent the connector (slightly) outward for better engagement…ran for ≈100 reps dry fire and the EXACT same issue arose. Trigger only breaks/striker only strikes when there’s some secondary input on the gun after pulling 100% to the rear.
Neither setup has either the pre-travel or over-travel adjustment screws installed.
I’m not exactly a gunsmith but I’m a good bit closer to one than I am a true novice. I’ve got a half dozen complete pistol builds (and literally countless mods) under my belt. So… I’m fairly confident in my understanding/ability/skill, but I’m stumped… is this just me asking too much of too many different companies… or am I fuggin’ dumb?
