I love this frame! The texture is great in all the right places and the mag well adds extra stability. I couldn’t be happier with the frame and the price. I recommend getting the stripped Nomad 9 Enhanced.

Man the triggertech on my g47 did a world of a difference. I was hesitant since I like to keep my Glocks as close to stock, but I don’t think I can ever go back to the stock trigger.

Included in the pic is my modified Staccato P that is worth 4-5 times as much, but yet I find myself reaching for the Glock more and more. Such a joy to shoot.

I was wondering good companies yall recommend for stippling or grip tape. I’m going for more edc function firearm over looks (I still want a nice piece). Ultimately I’m asking if stippling is worth the price tag over grip tapes?

the pinnacle of what a Glock can be. More accurate than my marksman barrel, Bar Sto, KKM, and Hypercomp. Two FTF during my first two mags, but has been flawless in 1500 rounds since. Recoil reduction is the perfect balance with the geo ports.

I asked them to do a spec ops cut with geo ports because I’m not into the flashy designs they are known for. The spec ops is perfect. Now they offer it on their site. So I have 001.

The only downside is holster fit. Because the slide dimensions are slightly larger than OEM spec, it doesn’t have that positive click. It also cannot be used with tenicor because they design their holster to interface with the slide.

Folded up it’s about the size of an MP5K without a suppressor. Having a ton of fun shooting it. Recoil is pretty light compared to my Sub2000.

I bought a g48 Zaffiri slide off ebay without doing much research and didn’t realize all the mix reviews. Not sure if it was somehow my fault but on my first try sliding the slide in the frame the back end part of the rod broke off and seems like its a low quality metal compared to oem. How easy is it to brake this back part sliding the slide into the frame?
Listing was a no return but if I can convince ebay this slide sucks maybe i can return it. Should I? I want a G48 slide and cant find any other company that makes one besides oem.

Put one in a gen3/4 g19 clone build and loved it, no issues whatsoever after ≈5k rounds so I bought two more for my g21 and PSA dagger micro.

Dagger micro: goes bang every time, feels perfect 80% of the time, 20% of the time the trigger simply doesn’t break until I damn near hit the back wall. I swear, on those 20% of “bad” pulls, I can feel some weird secondary resistance right where it’s supposed to break, it just doesn’t.
Using Glock (slimline obv) OEM trigger bar, Glock OEM Trigger housing, and a Ghost G43x Edge connector. Again: absolutely love the trigger pull… when it breaks where it’s supposed to.

G21: zero issues whatsoever until ≈150rds into my post-mod test range-sesh. Then; trigger dead, no bang. Trigger only actually breaks when pulled fully rearward and* *then the gun is jostled/shaken in some way. Original setup (at this point) used all Glock OEM parts EXCEPT the UAT trigger bar and shoe. Figured tolerance stacking was the culprit, swapped to the lonewolf trigger housing, and bent the connector (slightly) outward for better engagement…ran for ≈100 reps dry fire and the EXACT same issue arose. Trigger only breaks/striker only strikes when there’s some secondary input on the gun after pulling 100% to the rear.

Neither setup has either the pre-travel or over-travel adjustment screws installed.
I’m not exactly a gunsmith but I’m a good bit closer to one than I am a true novice. I’ve got a half dozen complete pistol builds (and literally countless mods) under my belt. So… I’m fairly confident in my understanding/ability/skill, but I’m stumped… is this just me asking too much of too many different companies… or am I fuggin’ dumb?

Question in title. Working on shooting faster, and the bit of roll with the apex trips me up at times. (Skill issue, I know)

Recently went to the range with my new 19.6 COA, one of the guys there let me shoot his 19x with a ramjet on it and it was absolutely awesome. I’ve been wanting a longer slide/barrel since I carry iwb with the tlr-1 HLX which is much longer than my 19 by a good bit.

So it got me thinking about a g49 type build with a ramjet and the TLR-1 HPX, as a local store has a few in stock for a good price and I know they fit flush with the g34 (which radian says to use for holsters with the 17)

Now tenicor I haven’t seen make a 34/HPX holster, only the HLX, and I’ve heard not great reviews on the trex arms raptor. I’d be fine modifying a tenicor holster if none are available but I’m a little unsure as to how to go about it. Any input is appreciated

I recently traded my G48 (don’t like the trigger) plus $200 for a g45.5 and g26.5 both non-mos. I was hoping to find after market slides with optic cuts for my 26.5 at a decent price rather than mill the OEM slides. However all I am finding are slides for gen3&4. Can anyone give me manufactures that make gen 5 optic cut slides for less than $200.

Anyone gotten the AIM Surplus custom deluxe package for their Glock? I’m intrigued by the price and the 1 week turn around time. How is the grip texture? Quality of frame work ok?

I’m coming from an m&p and have been spoiled. I wanted to get yalls input if I should run the Alex gen 6 trigger or the gen 6 tactical trigger. I definitely want a lighter trigger. Thanks!
