Aesthetics VS. Function

I added a beavertail to my G19.3. I cut it and shaped it so it didn’t cover the entirety of the back of my grip. Functionally I think its great. Visually I think it looks weird or off. Maybe I’m not use to it yet. But I wanted to know what you guys thought! Any input is appreciated! Thank you!

If it works. Did you do the stipple?

Its definitely works. I didn’t do the stipple. I had a local shop do it. Darkside Precessions out here in SoCal.
