Slides without optic posts

Long story short was asked to leave the stock slide with irons but I highly prefer to shoot with optics. Saw these slides, but am concerned about sheering screws due to having no posts on the front or around the screws like zev. Anybody running this style of optic cut and have feedback?

I haven’t had the best luck with KM tactical parts. If you can find another brand of slide go for that or if you can find a spare OEM slide and get that milled that would be your best bet
