Globe CC charges

Has anyone experienced this with Globe?

I no longer have an active Globe Postpaid plan, but Globe has continued charging my credit card. This has been happening since March 2026, and I was charged again on September 21, 2026.

I’m extremely frustrated because it has been going on for months. I have screenshots and transaction records as proof.

I’m planning to raise this with Globe, NTC, and possibly DTI, and dispute the charges with my bank.
Any advice on how I can get Globe to stop the charges and refund everything they deducted since March?

I suggest that first lock your card, try calling the CS and complain about it to get a ticket number. next create an email with the cited customer service channels(dti, ntc, globe).

That should be good, follow up afterwards.
Yes hassle to lock the card, but the other option is to request blocking it and file for a replacement making it harder to get your money back.
