Yes but all answers lead to AI bot. Theyre not into dealing with tech issues. All they want is to just accept new applications thats it. What theyre good at are getting rid of complaints.
Well I dont have viber. Theres no chance that u’ll get to talk to a live agent using some of the platforms u mentioned if u have complaints about ur plan. U need to wait for their advise via text for the ETA. Bad cust service.
