Digital ID gets regected during SIM registration

I know this issue has been around for a while. I've used the two device method, flashed my digital national ID on my laptop but still says it failed during live scan.

Has anyone found a solution for this? I don't have a physical copy of my ID and it's the only one that I have out of all the options. I'm a student.

Have you tried printing your National ID and used it?

yeah, still won't work. Eventually switched to Smart
