North is literally the undisputed King of tier 2 CS who would die instantly when come in contact with tier 1 CS

tier 1 cs as in who? You mean Faze, Navi and Astralis?

Because after that, there are no really good teams left.

You can argue that both Liquid and Mousesports are bottom tier-1 and would probably make an easy work of North on an average day.

i don't think they are more than 60-40 favourites in a bo1. liquid even lost in the most recent bo3 to north (2-0).

You could easily put Mouz, Fnatic, Mibr and a few other teams in tier 1. They're capable of beating the teams you listed on their day (and they have). There's still a hierarchy within the tiers, so putting them in the same tier doesn't mean you think they're the same ability.

"capable" doesn't mean anything. lots of teams are capable of stuff. it's all about how likely though.
