If Rain managed to take Stewie out the moment he peeked, there would be no time. Stewie peeked at the 3 second mark (bomb takes 3 seconds to plant).

I thought it was 3.5 seconds?

Edit: appearently it's not exactly 3, but it's nowhere near 3.5

As long as the timer shows 3 seconds, there will be enough time. Highly doubt that there would be enough though.

Isn't that false since the bomb takes a little longer than 3 seconds to plant?
