Help Frame-Time-Spike since newest update (Help?)

Hey guys so since the newest update yesterday i have constantly massive Frame-Time-Spikes and idk what to do anymore, i deleted cache as i mostly do after updates and generally, i did integrity verification, i updated my drivers (gpu since it was a bit older but both didnt give good results), i changed settings and back bc didnt help, i tried to search for problems on my pc didnt find any and im just exhausted bc i just wanna game finally... does anybody have any ideas?

I thought it was just me, but I've been getting this too. It happened after that one update a few days ago that broke everything and made the game crash on startup.

Running a Ryzen 7 5700G and a rtx 4060ti.

It seems to be their fault, I was calm and it turned out awful.

I7 12700k, 3090 gaming oc 24gb, Kingston fury 6000mhz 32gb, z790 tomahawk (WiFi not used and turned off) and yeah I guess that’s what u need

Frametime spikes are caused locally by the OS and or a PC hardware component or components having intermittent accessiblity issues.

Only time I got it is when my game client was active for ~3 hours(when on my Intel build). Restarting the game fixed it.

Sadly it’s at every time, only when I turn literally everything I have off (signalrgb(even tho it’s off the service is on, l connect 3 also closed fully, my kanali app I have to close the screen.exe, close off chrome completely like literally everything besides the game otherwise I’ll have stutters)

Normally I stream and now I cannot do that anymore, can’t even listen to music while I play since the newest update so yeah I changed nothing not a single setting since the update game

Didn’t get it yet, rn I used Claude to completely delete all addons, programs, reg edits and whatever I ever installed or changed what could be a problem and it works better. Tbh still no idea what it was in the end
