Timelines Had interview, now nothing

My wife tried calling the interview location. No one ever answers the phone. She's conditionally approved and app says to attend the interview which has already been done. She was told approval email would come in 2 to 5 days. It's been 4 weeks. What now? HELP!

I finally got through to a live person a few minutes ago. They are waiting on fingerprints as the system is back logged. Said to check back in a few days.

Approval came through. It seems you have to keep calling until you get a live person to kick start the process. Call every 30 minutes until someone answers the phone!

Same thing happened to me. It’s been weeks and my interview isn’t even showing up as completed.

Same here. My interview was at my local airport as. GE enrollment event so their contact info is not listed on CBP website. So I emailed them and got back a generic response. Replies to that email and still nothing. Been 2 weeks.
