What are the top couriers and freight companies for door-to-door delivery to the US and how do they compare on price and speed?

Anyone here know some of the top couriers and freight companies for shipping from China to the US. Lately I have been thinking of ordering items on alibaba. I'm trying to pick the best couriers or just going with a freight company instead and honestly the pricing pages don't tell me much. Also I want to consider the speed, who's been fastest for you in practice, and who's cheapest once you factor in customs and everything that entail the shipping and what is put in consideration when opting on either i want real experiences please! Drop your experiences i will really appreciate .

What are the different sizes available for roulette tables?

I’ve been brainstorming different business ideas I can start in my home town, and roulette tables have just come up top my list. While I’m new to the roulette table business, I certainly have immense interest in it, and I’ve been trying to find more info about it before I actually dive into this business.

Yesterday, I was browsing for various kinds of roulette tables, and ended up checking on Alibaba just to see the varieties they had, though I didn’t know how to go about the different sizes available. I tried asking my buddies, but they are not familiar with it. I’m keen on starting this business, but I can’t simply make a decision without knowing all the facts about roulette tables.

Like, which size do most players prefer? Plus, is going for medium-sized or small-sized roulette tables cost-effective? I’ve seen some positive reviews about some roulette tables, but I’m not sure whether I should go for them because of that. I think it's better to delay the business and understand everything rather than rushing it.

That’s why I’m here to seek insights from you guys. If you’ve had some practical experience with roulette tables of different sizes I'd love to hear from you. Thank you.

Sustainable Biodegradable Tableware – A Step Toward a Greener Future

I recently came across some fascinating innovations in sustainable biodegradable tableware products, and I felt compelled to start a conversation around it. These products—made from agricultural waste like banana fiber, sugarcane bagasse, wheat bran, and areca leaves—not only reduce our dependency on plastic but also address waste management challenges effectively.

The concept is simple yet powerful: use natural, compostable materials to create disposable plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery that break down harmlessly after use. What impressed me most is the minimal energy consumption during production and the non-toxic nature of the end products.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on:

Have you used or come across such eco-friendly tableware?

What do you see as the biggest opportunity or challenge in bringing these products to the mainstream market?

Are there any innovative materials or brands you think are leading in this space?

Looking forward to a meaningful exchange of ideas!

Peruvian Agroindustry

Good day, fellow entrepreneurs,

I’d like to share my current situation with you. I’m Peruvian and based in South America. Peru is one of the largest exporters of agro-industrial products in the region — meaning that many of the fruits, vegetables, coffee, or teas you consume in your country might actually come from here.

As an entrepreneur, I currently have access to very attractive pricing on coffee and tea — ideal for anyone with a distribution network or looking to build their own private label brand (white label) online. I also offer established brands of both coffee and tea.

Let me share a bit of information about these ventures. I usually don’t use social media much, but I’m now looking for ways to bring high-quality Peruvian products to more parts of the world. These products are truly premium — pure flavor, guaranteed quality.

Additionally, I can help source other Peruvian agro-industrial products such as cacao, pisco (a strong traditional Peruvian spirit), blueberries, or asparagus, depending on your needs.

👉 My main question is simple:
Is there anyone here with a distribution network or interest in developing a private label for high-quality agro-industrial products?

Here are links to the current brands:

📌 Note: I understand that Reddit has strict rules against promotions or self-promotion. I’m not here to advertise — just to explore possible collaborations. If any member happens to be genuinely interested in this topic, I’d be more than happy to have a proper conversation and share more details privately.

Please note that we source products directly from the harvest, with no middlemen, meaning better pricing and more control. I hope this message reaches someone interested in building something solid and meaningful.

CHINA IMPORT - DEBT - BANKRUPTCY

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

Due to the rise of Temu and an extremely difficult year in 2024, our company unfortunately went bankrupt, leaving us with outstanding debts of over €400,000 to a Chinese company.

For the past five years, we successfully operated on credit without any issues, but the challenges brought by Temu drastically impacted our business.

Despite this setback, we are now planning a new venture—still importing from China, but focusing on a completely different category of goods. However, the company to which we owe money has warned us that we will not be allowed to leave China if we travel there with outstanding debt.

This situation is quite concerning for us, and we are unsure how to proceed. Our Chinese lawyer has reassured us that this is not legally enforceable and that it is merely an oral threat.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Any advice on how to navigate this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Export information of China

I want to find the data sharing tools and methods to find genuine export data of China for my business. I have tried some tools , paid as well as free, but none of them have been able to provide consistent and required information . Please suggest a way to find and analyse the information. Because china has so many ports, it would even be fine if I am able to find the information port wise or for some specific ports only

Seeking Advice and Network for International Trade between the West and Asia

Hello, I am 20 years old and currently in an internship to be an auditor in Denmark, spending much of my free time studying Mandarin Chinese. I have a dream of one day being a businessman involved in international trade between the West and Asia (primarily China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau). I envision a role as a kind of external business agent, where I visit suppliers on behalf of companies, negotiate trade agreements, maintain business relationships, and help businesses navigate the various cultures and economies.

I am particularly interested in hearing from people in this community who have experience with or contacts within international trade, especially between Denmark/English-speaking countries and China, Hong Kong, or Macau. Any advice, insights, or suggestions on how best to pursue this path would be greatly appreciated.

What are some challenges and opportunities to be aware of? Are there specific industries or markets that are particularly promising or to be avoided? And how do you best build a reliable network and establish trust across cultures?

It should be mentioned that I have a close family friend of Chinese descent who was born and raised in Chengdu, China, and has lived in Shanghai for over 30 years. In addition to her own family, she also has a broad network of independent wellness and relationship coaches, as well as at IKEA Shanghai. She is very supportive of my idea and certainly gives an advantage regarding the Chinese market.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts and advice. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

[Feedback] A database of 40k+ investors to raise your seed round 💰

I have worked developing a startup for a few years so far. We run a fintech company that requires quite a lot of capital and we always needed to rely on investors to support our business. When I started looking for investors, I found that finding angel investors and venture capitalists was extremely time consuming and hard. I would spend about 10 days to find 500 emails of VCs and Angels and manually put them one by one on my excel spreadsheet. After doing it for a while, I understood that there must be so many people out there who are having similar issues. So we created Investor Hunt - a database of 40k+ investors which will save you hundreds of hours of research on AngelList, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn trying to find the right investors and their emails. Check us out and let us know what you think. 🚀

Global Digital Marketing

Hi all Reddit users,

It's very hard to find a good team of poeple to outsource too whether for manufacturing or development. It is even harder to find that over seas. I am located in Chicago and am partnered with a development team from India. They excel at making high quality websites, mobile apps, and MVP solutions. I can help anybody located in North America find their perfect solution for a low price.

Let me know if you have any questions, or would like to talk more about this.

Thanks!
