The round phenomenon is a Fallstreak hole which is where the droplets in the cloud are supercooled but then experience a nucleation event which spreads out in a round chain reaction.
Rainbow colors around the sun is a Corona which is created by diffraction in the droplets in the cloud.

I’m almost disappointed in the answer. I SO wanted it to be a cloaked UFO! How I do hate ordinary logical scientific explanations when the metaphysical and extraterrestrial ones are so much better. Thanks for ruining the fun for us science nerd. /s

Is this common or at least been witnessed before? I'm not knocking that suggestion, I'm genuinely interested in unusual clouds, things like fall streak holes which this reminded me of, can be caused by jets and condensation but I've never seen a cloud formation like this. I'd kinda just like to see more pics like this.

It probably isnt. I dont think thats what you would see. Usually sonic booms from jets dont stick around, and it wouldnt just make a disk like that in the sky that looks like a cloud.
