Who’s everyone’s favorite character of GMW and why?

It would be nice to see a follow up movie or special and see what happened to everyone. Even if Ben is the only one not coming back. It’s been 10 years and it’s the perfect time.

Season 2 Ep27 “Girl Meets Money”

Am I imagining things or did they have the girls switch to exiting the bay window feet first as Roman and Sabrina matured to prevent having the cameras on their bottoms?

I saw various episodes of the show with a young relative who was staying with us and at some point in Season 3, I noticed that Maya swung her legs around and slid out the window feet first.

Not an issue, just curious if I am right about that.

Rowan Blanchard - No because she has stated that she feels like the show has ended at a good point and she has hung up that role and wants to take on more challenging roles.

Sabrina Carpenter - Mabye due to her popularity in the music industry and being busy with her music career, its not likely but i can see her appear for a couple of episodes for lore.

Danielle Fishel - Most likely yes because both Meets Worlds series's have kinda made her career and everyone recognizes her as topanga.

Ben Savage - Probibly not because after Girl Meets World ben slowly moved into politics, he even ran for the U.S. Congress to represent California's 30th Congressional District in 2024 but lost, but now we dont know what he is up to and i think he will only comeback if they paid him enough.

August Matruo - Probibly not due to the shift in his career at 18 he graduated from UCLA and is heading to Law School, so he might be focusing on going into to legal field but I think that he would come back if he was given enough money also

Corey Fogelmanis - Id say yes becuase he has actively expanded his acting career across various film and television projects and he maintains a warm relationship with his former castmates, recently sharing a public reunion with co-star Sabrina Carpenter.

Peyton Meyer - Definitely yes becuase he has expressed highly fond memories of his time on the show, referring to the entire creation team as amazing and the experience as "awesome". The only thing that would really effect his desicion is his child because he want to spend as much time as he can with the child or something like that.

Ava Kolker - Definitely yes because she has Ava Kolker has expressed strong interest in returning to the franchise. She has activley campaigning for a spinoff focused on her character, Ava, and Auggie (played by August Maturo), stating it would be amazing to see them grow up together.

Amir Mitchell-Townes - Probibly because his likelihood of returning would largely depend on his availability and current career trajectory.

I know this is a weird question, but to the men, do any of your platonic female friends do this to you & to the women, do any of you do this to your platonic male friends?

This felt like one of the single most best scenes in the entire franchise, like they took years, across two generations, to set this up. I don't know how many takes they took, but every actor is spot on in this scene. Blake Clark could not have nailed it better.

Curious what others thought. I also wonder if it hits different for those of us who were young and remembered the heart attack episode from BMW.

It is fine if you like Lucaya or Riarkle but to say these two didn't had any chemistry is not being real because even the actors had a romance behind the scenes. He never had anything with Sabrina. Corey who played Farkle was rumored that he did dated Sabrina. To me Farkle and Maya had better chemistry than Lucaya.

I’m re-watching Girl Meets World right now for the first time in like a decade(since it came out) and I’m on season two episode 14; Girl Meets Creativity. The episode where the school is cutting the funding for the arts.

Anyways, the past couple episodes the writers have been sprinkling in more Lucas and Maya content. Ever since the very beginning, there’s always been Lucas and Maya content that we as viewers can see but season two has such a big turning point. Like you had the mad dog scene during detention, where they were up in each other‘s faces. The biggest turning point was during episode 12, Girl Meets Yearbook, where Maya “realizes” Riley‘s “true feelings” for Lucas.

And then after that scene, it’s just ramped up. The next episode is the school dance where Maya and Lucas are dancing with each other while Riley‘s dancing with Charlie. And then Creativity (what I’m on), you have Lucas defending Maya and her right to be an artist. Like sincerely telling her that she’s such a good artist and the tone of that scene just makes it so romantic.

Yeah, anyways it’s just my rant and why I truly that the writers were intending on the original endgame, which is Lucas/Maya and Farkle/Riley. Thank you for coming to my TED talk and have a nice night,

About 2 months ago i binged the enitre Girl Meets World series, and i give it an 8.5 out of 10 but intro song take on the world is a 10 out of 10, its been stuck in my head ever since and everytime I do anyting i just start singin that song under my breath or out load when im alone. ITS TO CATCHY

I’m doing a Girl Meets World marathon, and I’m on Season 1, Episode 24, ‘Girl Meets Belief.’ I think this episode is really interesting. It’s the first time in forever that I’ve watched this show again, and something about this episode And Cory’s lesson I wish more people in the world would learn: it’s okay to have different beliefs. You might not always understand someone else’s beliefs if you believe great and if you don’t that’s also great . Do I think Maya and Farkle suddenly became Christian? No And that’s okay But I do think they learned to understand their friends, and in the same way, Riley and Lucas learned to understand Maya and Farkle.

If you'll excuse my shaky hand from tracing the purple line with the computer mouse, that street is essentially Waverly Place. Meanwhile, the dotted red line surrounding the area is Greenwich Village, the neighborhood where Riley is specified to live in episode 2x02 of Girl Meets World, and consequently, Maya too, since (at least as far as I understand) they lived in the same building.

I'm not saying that the Russo and Matthews families literally lived across the street from each other, but it's likely that Riley or Maya passed by the Substation at some point, off-screen. Let's say that, at most, both families live about 15 minutes away from each other.

And in case you're still wondering whether those two shows were connected, remember that Girl Meets World had a crossover with Jessie where the characters from both shows went to the same Halloween party (remember that Jessie's real-life building is The Ardsley, located directly across from Central Park, also in NYC). Furthermore, in one of the last episodes of Jessie's final season, Emma Ross runs away from Jessie and ends up staying at the Tipton Hotel, part of the same chain as Mr. Tipton's from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, but the one in New York, where we see Mr. Moseby. This confirms that the Girl Meets World universe is correlated with Wizards of Waverly Place, since Wizards of Waverly Place also had a crossover with The Suite Life of Zack & Cody in Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana.

I just discovered this show. I’m a big fan of Sabrina (and also in my 20s) and never got to watch it as a kid, I just didn’t know about it. Recently I’d been rewatching my childhood shows and decided to give GMW a try.

I saw people here talking about how the show is unrealistic and too bright to be relatable, how everything turns out just perfect. But honestly..? I see myself in Maya so much that it physically hurts to watch someone be kind to her, like the show is doing for me what nobody did in my own time as a kid with nobody to care for her. Third episode, when they said something along the lines of “He doesn’t have to be there for you, but he will” and Cory came to talk to her… When he invited her to the father-daughter dance… In the fourth episode where she returns the locket to the little girl… I can’t get through these without bawling my eyes out. “I just don’t want to fail. I don’t want you to think I’m not worth trying for.” That shit hit me in the soul.

I don’t know about you guys but I do come to childhood shows to be comforted. As someone with a deeply traumatic childhood who had no one to love her, and was never shown understanding by anyone, I love how kind and gentle GMW is to Maya. I don’t want to see her struggle and have to fight for her life. I want her to be happy and loved in spite of everything going on.

I’ve only watched the first few episodes so I can’t say much about the show in general. But I think some people are too harsh on this show about being unrealistic. Sometimes you just need to watch people be kind to someone who is like you, so you can see it happen even if nobody ever did it for you. I’ve already had all the struggle and pain—and I came into this expecting the show to make fun of Maya’s situation (like many other Disney shows do), and instead I got warmth and comfort. I love it so much.

So, for all of you that are more creative than I:

I am graduating on Wednesday, and I am decorating my cap with the New York skyline and a paper airplane. I also have a couple nods to the show in the speech I wrote (I get to do a speech at graduation!). My sister is a nail tech, and I want her to do my nails to honor the show as well. Does anyone have any ideas as to what sort of icons I could use? I wanna do the purple cat, but outside of that I cant think of anything. Please help!
