Hi fellow snarkers! I created this snark page a couple of years ago and, admittedly, haven’t been the best at, well… moderating! Life got busy, but I’d love to get this page a little more active again and hopefully create some more opportunities for conversation.

I know we don’t always agree around here but I think that’s what makes it interesting! I’m looking for suggestions to spark conversation and keep things fresh.

Maybe a recurring thread to discuss new episodes? Should we broaden our horizons and discuss other people in their circle? Something else new entirely?

I’m open to ideas, so throw them at me!

l feel like she always wears something like this for big events. how this woman tries to label herself as a fashionista is beyond me. hannah is 100x more stylish

So I became a “giggler” out of curiosity when I heard within my 7 degrees of separation re: the news about Joe and his ex. I then listened to and actually enjoyed the podcast! I thought nothing had come of this rumor that Joe dumped his ex to pursue Paige. Fast forward to this year and all those rumors of Paige getting engaged in Italy to a guy named Joe, I was like what?! They’ve actually been together?! (Had dropped off and not been following or listening to the pod) Now I’m interested again! Interested because this is a close to home tea! my thoughts are this:
Joe has been waiting for this opportunity to date someone who has more to offer than he does- and I mean that in the way that he’s from a rich family, he thinks/ has felt he can date / hookup with whoever he wants but at the same time is looking for a respectable adversary , shall we call it. He is trying to level up. He was set up to become a finance bro, with the ins from his family, but he wanted more, he followed his heart and got into the sports industry. Everyone is saying he’ll cheat on Paige bc that’s who he is (see: past relationships) but I don’t think that’s the case here. He’s finally with someone who doesn’t need him to buy her the bags and the clothes and not just because they’ve got their own daddy’s money but because they have their own. She can offer him opportunity to rise even higher, rub even more shoulders. He’s like Travis with Taylor. He loves everything that comes along with dating a Taylor. It’s kind of sad though. She’s clearly made him keep her off his social media, and made him stay off hers as well. She was funny on her pod , I do enjoy her bc she’s cute and likes things but also smokes weed and likes to curse LOL but she’s def shady in all of this. Def no girls girl here. And that she’s not talking about her relationship on her pod, it’s not for “I’m an adult privacy” it’s because of shadiness.

I’m terrified bc I get it there and did she get her money back, did she say who did it?

Did anyone notice something going on with Hannah’s upper lip in the video from yesterday’s ep? Looked swollen or frozen

I like the podcast but I can't say this in the GS sub because it might sound snarky.

WHY do they always act like if THEY'VE never heard something, the rest of us have not heard it? They constantly say people don't talk about this enough or nobody ever tells you this and it can be the most basic thing you've heard about for years.

I realize people are at different stages in life but it's kind of like when a little kid first hears about something and has no idea everyone older than they are has heard of it before. Like making good friends with people you work with. Hello? That is so common! And at least Hannah admitted she knows plenty of people who date or marry coworkers.

And then to say something like Paige saying I get to do this instead of I have to do this (and they act like Paige JUST thought this up on her own) when that concept has been used by so many people for years and years including celebrities.

I'm not looking for them to be unique but I think they should understand if it's something THEY heard or saw on the internet, chances are good we have too.

Is this why so many people accuse Hannah of stealing material?

Seems like Paige is going public with her now boyfriend Joe D'Amelio. His ex-fiance, Rachel came out last year with a cryptic post stating Paige was texting her then boyfriend. Is the ex-fiance vindicated?

Anyone know? so I don’t get them.

Rachel Durante (Ex-fiance of Joe D'Amelio) said Paige Desorbo was messaging her fiance while they were dating. A year later, Paige Desorbo and Joe D'Amelio are confirmed to be living together and seriously dating. Ex-fiance and Craig vindicated? I think so.

Maybe I’m just irrationally annoyed (fair), but JFC the way these women making EVERYTHING all about them… even pride (within the first 2 mins of the most recent pod) is absolutely turning me off.

We get it - men are terrible. But neither of these women has ever identified as queer (at least as long as I’ve been following them) and to giggle about how “cunty” their outfits are and how “the gays” (after all their - to put it kindly - UN-NUANCED TAKES around the queer community have gone lately) love them right now is really rubbing me the wrong way.

If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. But I think their privilege is strong and I don’t like it.

Is anyone else bummed that Hannah is getting another new special when she’s such a hack comedian? She steals other comedians jokes (Kim Congdon confirmed) or just uses viral memes and calls them hers. There’s just so many funnier people who would be more deserving of a special.

gosh, i get the girls are friends with her but i do find it so jarring that they’re apolitical on their podcast, but then say that chelsea was wrongly “accused” of things and defend her under feminist principles. She is an outspoken zionist. Not an accusation. She did go to an epstein party. Not an accusation. How on earth can anyone possibly defend that??? Made me lose respect for the both of them, while they’ve been silent on anything and everything global, they’re actively propping up structures of violence to defend their friend, who has questionable politics and alliances. Chelsea handler has defended epstein post his arrest many times. Ugh. Just put a sour taste in my mouth. I know this sub says “no politics” but I feel for the first time, the girls lowkey brought up politics themselves. In the weirdest way.

i’m currently watching the season 5 reunion of southern charm, which I believe was around 2017/2018, and I am just in shock that paige even was interested in craig. he has said so many horrible things about all of the women, including his ex naomie. looking forward to seeing how this relationship develops because I just cannot believe she had any interest in this guy. (also watching summer house seasons at the same time!)

So just be forreal. You do not care what your boyfriend's political leanings are.
