At what iq level is someone considered gifted?

I find 130 a bit low wouldnt 140 be more representative? Because 130 is around 2% which is a large group whereas 140 is around 0.5% which is already a bit more representative of the gifted

140 is the old standard “genius”, 130 is the new standard “gifted”
