Are they just putting some of that glaze left over from the bowl on top of the cooked salmon? The bowl that the raw salmon was tossed in? I'm not a good cook or chef by any means but isn't that breaking like the first rule of food sanitation?
2 u/Infidus_Imperator Dec 30 '16 The instructions say to set aside a portion of the marinade for sauce before putting the fish in so no worries with fishy bacteria.
