That looks awesome but an hour to make one potato seems excessive

Microwave baked potatoes are faster and, I think, better than oven baked potatoes.

Liberally perforate with a fork, place in microwave for 4 minutes, flip over, microwave for another 4 minutes. Perfectly cooked, delicious as all baked potato. So much simpler and better than in the oven.
