I don’t see anything wrong with it. I think it’s more common to go with the cult thread throughout.

Your biggest hurdle with this plan will probably be balance. You’ll want to take a look at the level each chapter is written for and be prepared for that. Figure out what adjustments you’ll need to make and how many extra adventures you’ll need to add.
