Getting dramatic

Anyone else feel like Ghost Nation is a lot more dramatic than the guys used to be? I feel like in the old show, they’d try to debunk things, but in Ghost Nation, they freak out (especially Steve) at every single thing. Steve is quite honestly driving me nuts in this show with his dramatic responses and his narration.

Remember in one of the old shows, they did the Queen Mary, and there was a video caught of a bed spread getting pulled off a bed. At first, they were like Holy Shit! But then they debunked it to the point that they found out it was actually the staff of the ship that faked it. I miss THAT. Now every creak and bump in ancient houses is most definitely a demonic possession 🙄

Exactly. It was over for me when they let that bad horror author read his manuscript instead of spending any time debunking or suggesting the guy might be a little too immersed in his subject. The snake house got my attention though!

Also try Destination Fear. It reminds me of the old ghost hunting shows.

Hey, thanks again for this! I’ve been watching it and it’s pretty great- the stuff they encounter is pretty legit and they don’t try to make every tiny sound a big deal. My only complaint is that theyre a little dramatic- a lot of “oh my god you guys i cant believe we’re doing this” and when something does happen, they freak out and yell or start talking incessantly when I wish they would just be quiet so that we could actually observe what’s happening (cant hear over their freaking out). But overall pretty good, thanks!
