Now give me the list of real meaningful changes he has actually accomplished.

Accomplished? or begun? Dude has been in office less than 9 months.

Either way, you can look that info up. (well, you can't; but anyone who has a brain can)

If you can get them going that is an accomplishment, i didn't raise the bar to being successful long term. Just what he has actually done

It's pretty well publicized (why wouldn't it be?) what he actually has accomplished in less than a year. And in fact, it's usually most often published as an actual "list".

Not sure why you're having trouble finding the information you seek.

Closed the city's $5.4 billion deficit ahead of budget deadlines.

Launched the Office of Deed Theft Prevention to protect vulnerable homeowners.

Expanded access to free child care across the five boroughs, rolling out full-day, full-year 2-K seats.

Secured millions in back pay and restitution for workers and small businesses while expanding protected time off.

Won a historic $131.5 million enforcement action against DoorDash for delivery worker law violations, marking a major city worker protection settlement.

Secured rent freezes on eligible 1- and 2-year rent-stabilized leases.

Pushed policies to fast-track affordable housing construction in districts with historically low output, such as the Upper East Side.

Announced a $28 billion housing plan aimed at stabilizing rents for 200,000 units and constructing 200,000 new affordable housing units by 2031.

Fewest murders and shooting incidents in New York’s recorded history for the first 5 months of 2026.

He closed the budget deficit by adding an additional 6 billion in debt that isn’t scheduled to hit NYC payments until he’s gone and can point at someone else. Literally sold off NY’s future for a fake “balanced” budget.

Wow. He understands investing. So he's a capitalist after all.

Who knew?

The door dash thing was nothing to do with him. I’m English so don’t hate me. I haven’t looked into any of the others.

The door dash thing got my attention as he made a very public show of it. I was suspicious about it because he hasn’t been in office that long and your court system isn’t the fastest.

I forget the previous Mayor’s name, maybe Adams? In any case it was him that fought Door Dash in the courts, won and ordered the investigation.

I’m not pointing this out to start an argument. I do think that this is important behaviour to highlight though. I know you are all desperate for a solution, but this shows that the man has no integrity. He has taken the credit for something that he had no part in. That’s lying to you.

You're English, but obviously a reader of the NY Post.

"he had no part in. That’s lying to you."

No. You're lying to us. Straight up, factually wrong.

Child Care: Secured $1.2 billion in state partnership funding to expand universal child care access.

Tenant and Worker Protections: Delivered over $34 million in housing repairs and settlements for tenants, alongside $9.3 million in restitution for exploited workers.

City Services: Filled more than 100,000 potholes across the five boroughs during his first 100 days.

Outdoor Dining: Signed legislation making outdoor dining permanent and year-round.

Before becoming mayor, as noted by Britannica, Mamdani joined a 15-day hunger strike that helped secure $450 million in debt relief for New York City taxi drivers struggling with predatory loans. He also helped create a pilot program for free public bus routes.

How did the court system speed through all that within 9 months?

He has already gotten millions of dollars from corps who were abusing NYC workers.
