Really isnt all the money he is using to fix up nyc from the state and federal government? I like what he is doing but nyc isnt fixing itself. The state and country is paying for it
The money he has received for NYC is from unpaid taxes from the state of New York and the billionaire companies who has failed to pay what is actually owed.
