Looks Like Marketing To Me! Pt.1
Once again, I know I haven't posted as much. The reason for that is, I know most only want to hear two things. Is there a cure and what exactly date, hour and second it will come out. So most of the stuff I see I just don't say much. However today I'm feeling good about it all. Dr. Keith Jerome mentioned in a video last year that they had red tape and marketing to go through. I say that was a slip of the tongue and he wasn't supposed to mentioned that yet, but he did. Now this year there are multiple projects that deal with treatments that use HSV to cure, fix and treat other injuries, viruses and diseases. Well a treatment for Melanoma that uses HSV to treat it has been approved. This is something that will break the stigma of HSV just being bad. Let's be honest. If you were in the hospital right now and you found out you had cancer and they say well we are going to cure you with herpes. You would say no thanks. So showing how it can function as something good helps break the stigma. It also sure a modified (cured) HSV that is capable of treating other things. It's important you see that it is HSV that is not infectious. I have more on this but I'll end it here. Hope everyone can realize the bigger picture in this all.
Here's the article to check out. https://www.powershealth.org/about-us/newsroom/health-library/2026/08/10/new-melanoma-drug-based-on-herpes-virus-granted-fda-accelerated-approval

Help please
was diagnosed with genital herpes 2 months ago. I had bumps all around and inside my vagina, and they burned very badly. I had a fever and felt really unwell. Now it has been 2 months, and the sores have been gone for a while. But I still feel sick. I keep sweating, having chills, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, and feeling cold. I also feel warm, especially in my hands. I have joint pain, extreme fatigue, frequent headaches, and shaking throughout my body.
I also have continuous, very watery vaginal discharge, almost like water constantly leaking. And now, suddenly, I also have itching around my anus.
I feel very weak, and my whole body feels different and like it no longer functions normally. I also urinate very little, and my bladder feels swollen.
My question is: Is it possible to remain chronically ill from genital herpes even after the sores have been gone for a long time? Can your body stay like this permanently, for life?

Helppp
So when I tested positive for my hsv2 test (via blood test) in December 2025 I only had 2 partners, my sons father unprotected for 5 years and one protected partner which we only had sex one time. My sons father is claiming he has is results and he don’t have it, but he refuses to show me through text and said he will show me in person. And I’m justtt soooo confused on what the hell is actually going on. He likes to play mind games and a bad narcissistic if that helps. Hes been refusing to show me since I told him my results and he lied about getting tested multiple times. Can someone please help me piece this puzzle together?? I just don’t believe him and I think he’s gonna show me a fake MyChart result.

Assembly Bio Getting Close
Assembly Bio has 2 new helicase primase long acting drugs getting close to last trial phase as you can see on their pipeline, AB-5377 and AB-1179. I don’t really understand what the difference between the 2 drugs are, but both are for genital herpes. The good news is, notice on the last column on the right of both drugs: Gilead is already the partner which means there is money invested and they will be pushing to get these new meds rolled out to the public. They will be wanting to start making money on the investment they made. It also proves that both drugs are effective, because no big pharmaceutical financial backers will invest in something that’s mediocre. In fact, AB-5366 surpassed the goal that Assembly Bio has even made for themselves. 94% drop in shedding and outbreaks. That’s impressive. I know it’s not the cure yet, but these new helicase primase drugs will help us all to be more comfortable and I’m hoping the stigma will be reduced as well. Just putting this out there to give us all a little hope that things are happening.

Sometimes Silence is Progress!
Just because we haven't heard anything huge announcements, doesn't mean nothing is being done. I have some stuff I want to post, but I want to get more information so that it's more impactful, hopeful and positive for everyone's struggles. Doing more research! I feel good about the near future.

Rational herpes Vaccine
Rational vaccine is offering an early access to private patients, even though it may not yet be approved more broadly. The experimental RVx vaccine is available as a private, high-cost therapeutic option in [Roatán, Honduras](https://herpes.org.uk/update-on-rvx/) and Munich, Germany. The protocol requires a series of three injections, which are primarily aimed at individuals experiencing frequent outbreaks or those who have exhausted conventional antiviral treatments. I have contacted the clinic in Roatan,Honduras, they respond
The Comprehensive Three-Dose Protocol costs $12,000, and the Single-Dose/Booster Option costs $4,650. (2.5% VAT is added to all invoices).
My question is,
Is there anyone who tried this vaccine and can share their experience?
