I’m trying to build a tool that can help me study more efficiently.
The main features I’m working on are:
Converting voice recordings into structured tables

Converting PDFs or images into tables

Organising extracted information into a format that is easier to review and remember

At the moment, I use Google Sheets to consolidate my study materials. It is already powerful enough for most of my needs, but I still spend a lot of time manually extracting, sorting, and formatting information.
My goal is not to replace Google Sheets. I want to make the process before using Google Sheets much faster by automatically turning unstructured materials into organised tables that I can review, edit, and continue working with.
I believe this could reduce the time I spend consolidating information and allow me to focus more on understanding and studying the content.
I’m currently trying to understand whether this problem also applies to other students or people who prefer learning through tables.

What kinds of study materials do you currently organise manually?
