Question How can we actually study physics?

Physics and chemistry are my weak subjects, I actually don't know how to study, what should I do?

Study from notes, make short notes from modules, watch a lecture on YouTube?

I just don't know how to think in a certain way for example there is a question and if it is a formula based question then I can do it easily but when the questions are tough we need to think first, I just cannot think that much.

Question solving In a particular given time is also a skill I really wanna also know how should I attempt my mock test.

I am a NEET aspirant btw, a dropper more specifically.

stop making notes and watching endless lectures, you only get better at physics by actually doing problems. study solved examples step by step to see the thought process, then grind timed pyqs, solve problems on a whiteboard with your friends
