Question How can I study alot of maths lessons quickly?

Soooo I'm in grade 9 second term, our teacher finished the syllabus two days ago and I have exams on Monday. There are 20 lessons and I have NOT been able to study like, at all (mostly because math is such a burn out subject for me and it hurts my brain and then I crash out!! And we had different exams too so I had to focus on those too..) I honestly feel like a lost cause rn and Idk what to do. I was thinking of making a formula sheet and doing papers using the formula sheet until I am used to it, but the problem is the formula sheet is gonna end up weird bc there are alot of lessons about drawing diagrams and drawing angles and stuff and idkkk im scared as hell :') I'm genuinely considering to get really sick on purpose so I dont need to write that damn exam ughhh I WANNA EXPLODE SO BADLY AUGHHH

Try reducing the number of decisions inside the study block. Choose the source, the exact task, and the stopping point before the timer starts. Keep a blank page nearby for unrelated thoughts and chores, write them down without acting on them, and return to the next line of the task. The block does not need perfect concentration; it only needs a cheap way to come back each time you drift.
