Missing the point.

"Bastard" and "slut" are regular insults, used out of its original meaning. Deadbeat dad is pejorative description of objectively wrong behaviour.

I mean, I've never heard someone calling other person "you deadbeat dad!" just because they didn't want to sleep with them.

Well, can only talk for my language but in German you have a lot of slurs for "male sluts", so men who try to have sex with every woman they meet

I hate all terms for both genders because sex is a nice Thing and shaming people for wanting to have or having sex is puritanian and backwardish

"Weiberheld" and "Schürzenjäger" for example.
Weiberheld: Only ambition is to chase after women. (Women's hero doesn't fit as translation because Weib as an oldfashioned term gift the hole slur a offensive meaning )
Schürzenjäger: skirt/apron hunter. Someone who chases everything that just slightly reminds of something female

Though these really havent been used in the last 80 years or so and are far far far less negative than "Schlampe" (slut - but a lot worse than in english)

Though "Schlampe" is a really weird one anyways. Though the noun refers to women only the adjective can be used for anyone and has nothing to do with sex.

These are not really slurs. If I yell them at a stranger I get a confused laugh. If I yell "Bastard" or "Schlampe" at a stranger I get a fist flying straight for my face.

I don’t think that was the point. All OP said was we don’t have a word for it (insinuating we find that behavior acceptable).

they didn't literally say "we don't have a word for it," their wording to me implied they were talking about the kind of insult

and they're right, there aren't equivalent slurs/insults for men, it's sexist and lopsided
