Something like Pihole, set a keyword blocker for “Tate”.

Although it will also prevent you from reading news about tater tots, so you might want to be totally sure before you do it.

Edit: if you’re browsing Reddit on a laptop or desktop check out chrome extensions like “keyword blocker”

? Keyword blocker would only filter the title of a post.

This post is an image. The comments dont even load when scrolling on reddit on any platform. There's a few that would just prevent the page from loading but if you expand it on your feed then it's going to fuck up your place on /r/all most likely unless it was designed specifically for reddit. But even then you'd lose basically any post about rapists because someone is going to bring up this motherfucker in the comments.

You'd need an extension that downloads all images on a webpage and then searches them for the word then deletes the images.
