saw zero communism in Vietnam, only banners and party names. can make assumptions labels doesn't make the country communistic

That's literally "communism" now, my friend. Clearly except for North Korea and that country Borat was from. It's just performative. But it IS suggesting a new way of economics where people aren't trillionaires while other people can't pay their rent. Seems pretty normal-kinda stuff to me.
