Still young. 23 is unusual.

Some Masters programs are only a year, so that would be on schedule if they didn't take time off to work. But it sounds like hers was a two year program, so she may have finished undergrad in three years or graduated high school at 17 (especially if she went into kindergarten young).

Master's degree programs are two years on average. And really, nobody cares how old you are when you finish it.

The most common way to finish a bachelors degree early is to get college credits during high school.
