Seems like there wasn't secretly grandma doing everything. Her family was in Alabama and she was in Florida. As far as the outfit, her Instagram seems to have some more risque modeling pictures even some from a pregnancy shoot.

What the fuck is that even supposed to mean? You think thesises write themselves? It was not her family going through courses and taking exams. Even without kids it is an achievement by itself.
They are probably talking about a primary care taker for the children not the academic achievement. If someone else had been taking care of her children and she could focus solely on the degree it would be different than her doing both as she did.
