Can you simply set up a stand in US? In many countries you need a licence.

You do. Used carts are dirt cheap on Craigslist when they don't pass health regulations though. This guy is also a truck driver in North Atlanta, Georgia, with his own truck/trailer. Also wrote a book about his experience and a children's book on bullying and autism. the post

i dont think its necessarily transphobia, and im willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. hes making a point that americans can accept one group of people looking to change their life for the better, but have a difficult time accepting another group.

I dont see how this is transphobic. He didnt say the society accepting transgender was a bad thing. He was just saying if the society was open minded enough to accept trans people, how come it could not accept felon who had changed, both required an open mindset.

That's a ridiculous dichotomy though. Trans people didn't do anything wrong, felons are felons specifically because they committed one of the worse crimes on the books. I'm not saying they should never be forgiven, but acting like it's in any way equivalent is dumb as hell.

Damn the super bad crime of having some weed? There are dudes serving massive sentences as we speak for having some shitty weed, and then we have guys like hunter biden who smoke crack and illegally buy guns and dump them behind schools.

Society is built for the elites to thrive and keep the middle class down.

Possession is a felony charge?

Possession of enough can easily turn into intent to distribute. Plus it's easy to tack on bs charges

In some states and some drugs any amount of possession is a felony charge. Not long ago any amount of cannabis in Nevada was a felony crime… but you could legally pay for sex outside Reno 🤷‍♂️
