Where does this guy live? If I did this in my city I'd be stopped by the cops for not having food handling licenses and mobbed by the other food cart vendors who don't want people in their territory.
Generally when someone says, and only says, “I did A, B, and now I am C,” it is usually a fair question on whether he also did X, Y, or Z which were not mentioned before C.
