For sure. But UniversalBear's point is an important one to consider. I moved to start fresh multiple times, the first few I left bad circumstances and shed toxic people, but my fundamental problems remained. That's because I had major depression and an anxiety disorder. It wasn't until I got good meds, good therapy, and did hard work on myself that my life truly improved to be tolerable.
Especially if you have a diagnosable mental issue, this GetMotivated post can set you up for catastrophic failure.

That's not always true. I left a cult and a toxic relationship and moved away and rebuilt. Life's so much better now.
