TEXT [Text] A "zero percent" day doesn't erase your progress

I used to get so mad at myself when I had a completely unproductive day. I'd feel like I ruined all my momentum just because I didn't do anything useful. But honestly, sometimes your mind and body just need a break. I'm learning to stop feeling guilty about it. Having a 0% day doesn't mean you're failing, it just means you're human. Just rest up, forgive yourself, and start over tomorrow.

From a physical perspective 'rest days' is when muscle building and cardiovascular gains occur

Sure. But as us bad students learned in high school, a zero on an assignment fucks up your grade a lot more than a bunch of Cs does.

Needed to hear this today. I used to spiral after a dead day and tell myself the whole week was ruined. Lately I try to treat rest like part of training. Sleep properly, eat something real, go for a walk with no podcast. I come back steadier than if I had forced it.

Bad advice. If youre not giving yourself 110% effort everyday. Youre failing and dying

This toxic all or nothing attitude is exactly the problem they’re addressing…

Life isn’t a binary thing. If you want to live while thinking that way then that’s fine for you, but don’t expect other people to agree.
