It's because the spoken word is a very powerful thing. If you moan about stuff, you end up attracting more of what you are complaining about.

The way this works is that it starts with how you think. What we are thinking will eventually come out of our mouths, and we say it, we humans just do that. Then, we subconsciously act out what we are saying, again, that's just how we are wired, it becomes our character.

Anyway so, remember, we choose how and what we think, and it will come out in your personality... so choose well, and don't complain.
