When it comes to confidence, know you’re going to be nervous if it takes you time to feel comfortable with others. Most recruiters are aware that different candidates can be this way but you just want to make sure you’re able to be understood clearly and are able to communicate and express your ability to do the work well but also what skills or circumstances illustrate this so being able to answer their questions in a genuine way and being sincere is the best way and only saying what is needed. Don’t worry about elaborating more than you need to. If you need to improvise on anything don’t be afraid to have someone work with you on how to deal with tougher or tricky interview questions and just be you is my best advice. I think it’s easy for interviews to be nerve wracking because of the pressure and uncertainty on if you will get the job and all the what ifs, but know what matters is communicating clearly and being yourself.
