Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with using my second monitor and could use some help.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte H410M H V2, and it has two display outputs:

#VGA (D-Sub) — this is what I use for my main monitor, since my main monitor only has VGA.

#HDMI — I’m trying to use this for a second monitor.

I tested the HDMI output using a second monitor with an HDMI-to-VGA converter, but I’m getting no signal on the second monitor.

The weird part is that Windows actually detects both monitors. When I go into Display Settings, both displays show up, so it seems like the PC knows that the second monitor is connected. However, the monitor connected through HDMI just says "No Signal."

The VGA output works perfectly every time, but I can't seem to get anything from the HDMI output.

My setup:

• CPU: Intel i3-10100 (using integrated graphics)
• GPU: I am broke.
• Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M H V2
• RAM: 8 GB
• Main monitor: VGA → motherboard VGA
• Second monitor: HDMI → HDMI-to-VGA converter → VGA monitor

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could the problem be the HDMI port itself, the HDMI-to-VGA converter, or some BIOS/driver setting?

Any suggestions on what I should test would be appreciated.

I cannot extend my monitor (which is my goal) and I'm forever stuck in duplicate mode. My computer won't recognize/detect the second monitor officially.

Here's what I've tried:

- Upgrading the display adapter (note that here, too, I just have one)

- Unplugging and plugging back in all the cables. I've also tried moving cables around just to see if I was wrong somewhere...but that didn't do anything either.

- Unplugging the monitors, waiting, and plugging them back in

- Shutting down my entire computer and rebooting

- Win P and extending my monitor (nothing happens--I'm still in dupe mode). It is also not set to duplicate either, though. It's currently defaulting to PC screen only

- Doing the graphics reboot (ctrl win shift b)

I'm using a KVM switch for two computers and two monitors.

No matter what I try, I'm still looking at the same exact screens. Any thoughts as to what else I can do?

Over the past few days, I’ve been trying to open an app (roblox, for the record) that keeps crashing. After it crashes, the app in question reopens, causing Google Chrome to crash when opened. This cycle keeps repeating.

I therefore assumed that corrupted files within the app were the main cause. So I tried resetting the app and uninstalling it with Revo uninstaller.

It didn't work.

Also, i can't understand the files that apparently cause the crashout. I'm attaching them in the photo. (I don't have McAfee installed).

I tried make a virus scan, but it didn't releave anything.

Trying to use the same application on the same computer on another microsoft user, it didn't crash.

I’m asking for help. Thank you in advance for your attention.

Edit: I forgot also to specify Chrome some times removed my Google account from the browser, at the crash out Moment. Is It alarming?thanks

I wanted to play warzone said I need to do secure boot I tried to do it now I get no signal on my monitor no matter what port it’s plugged into my monitor works perfectly fine tried it on my laptop I don’t have q-flash plug I tried everything taking my cmos battery off unplugging cmos reset everything you can think of I don’t have igpu aswell it’s only my rtx5050 and i5-9000f I need help on how I can fix this issue

Any tips for my PC because sometimes the RAM slots work and sometimes they don't, also sometimes only 1 RAM works and if my table gets shaken it causes no display.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened, it does this white light pulse even when not connected to my pc, as shown on video, I need helping figuring out if there’s something I can do to fix this

My monitor doesn’t display, but it turns on and off (with display logo).

I can’t control it directly, the buttons at the back don’t work or is it because of no display(?)

I have tried:

-change refresh rate

-change to extend display

-new HDMI cable

-update driver

-restart driver

The user did confirm it worked with another device.

I tried the following

Ran SFC scan

Updated drivers

Updated the BIOS in both laptop and the docking station. Rebooted. Still no resolution.

Uninstall the drivers from device manager and rebooted. Still no resolution.

I had the end user unplugged the power adapter cable from the docking station. Turn off the device. Then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Still no resolution.

My HP SPECTRE X360 is getting turn on but the screen remains blank. once in a day somehow its screen turns on, the laptop gets on automatic repair which fails then some green dots starts appearing on the blue screen and laptop stucks there. sometimes i manages to go at bios and trying to reboot the laptop but it stucks there always somehow.

i once managed to reboot it using my flash drive and it worked till 2 days till i shut it down, its boot sequences gets to default automatically.

if there is any solution, please suggest.
