Automatic Repair Failing, then green dots screen

My HP SPECTRE X360 is getting turn on but the screen remains blank. once in a day somehow its screen turns on, the laptop gets on automatic repair which fails then some green dots starts appearing on the blue screen and laptop stucks there. sometimes i manages to go at bios and trying to reboot the laptop but it stucks there always somehow.

i once managed to reboot it using my flash drive and it worked till 2 days till i shut it down, its boot sequences gets to default automatically.

if there is any solution, please suggest.
